2008 Tri Training Session ($12.00 per session)
Training sessions are a great way to get in a work-out with other people. These coached work-outs will include all three triathlon disciplines, and strength work (not necessarily every discipline at each session). Each session will have a different focus (check the web-site for each session's focus), and participants wll not only benefit from the motivation of being able to train with others, but they will receive personal, professional coaching regarding proper technique, training methods, and goal achievement. Participants will have supervised access to the shower and weight room facilities at the Aquatic Center.

2008 Tri Training Race ($12.00 per session)
These low key race simulations will allow participants to practice and sharpen their skills under conditions that are similar to "race day," but without the stress and pressure that often accompany "race day." The training races will be timed, but only so that each participant can monitor their individual progress over time. The training races will be triathlons and duathlons, and will alternate between shorter and longer courses (check the web-site weekly for training race details).
*Triathlon (Long): 1200 meter swim, 19 mile bike, 5 mile run.
*Triathlon (Short): 600 meter swim, 10 mile bike, 3 mile run.
*Duathlon (Long): 19 mile bike and 5 mile run.
*Duathlon (Short): 10 mile bike and 3 mile run.
